Carolina Neurosurgery and Spine Center is located at 115 Academy Avenue,
Greenwood, S.C. 29646. Academy Avenue can be accessed from either Highway 25 South (S. Main Street) or Edgefield Street.
The South Carolina Spine Center patient rooms are located on the fourth floor of the patient tower in Self Regional Medical Center at 1325 Spring Street, Greenwood, S.C., 29646. Enter through the lobby of the Main Building and travel past the information desk and straight ahead through the hallway and continue through the Tower Atrium hallway (you will see historical display panels on both sides of this hallway). Travel to the back of the Tower Atrium to a bank of visitor elevators. Go to the fourth floor.
